Under this turnkey contract, Smart Project Construction Company will deliver the full scope of works, including earthworks, civil works, mechanical and electrical installations, equipment erection, and associated building works. The project encompasses complete construction, installation, testing, and commissioning to deliver a fully operational facility in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
